The Announcements Ministry informs the congregation of the ongoing and upcoming events. By delivering announcements the ministry raises awareness, encourages, edifies, and positively promotes members and visitors with united hearts and one voice. In being of the same mind and one in purpose, the ministry will uphold and strengthen unity within the body and endeavor to carry out the call and purpose of the church in order to praise and glorify God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ both inside and outside the walls.

"Now may the God Who gives the power of patient endurance (steadfastness) and Who supplies encouragement, grant you to live in such mutual harmony and such full sympathy with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, That together you may [unanimously] with united hearts and one voice, praise and glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah)."

The Fundraiser Ministry is consistently mindful of the goals and plans of the entire ministry. In this, we will promote unity and the "Power of One" concept given to us by our Senior Pastor. The committee will establish a vision and have a set goal for each fundraiser and meet or exceed the goals given.

"This is why I thought it necessary to urge these brethren

to go to you before I do and make arrangements in

advance for this bountiful, promised gift of yours, so that

it may be ready, not as an extortion [wrung out of you]

but as a generous and willing gift. [Remember] this;

he who sows sparingly and grudgingly will also reap sparingly and grudgingly, and he who sows generously

[that blessing may come to someone] will also reap generously and with blessings."

The vision of Be Like Christ is to be a tool that aids the growth of its members in being true exhibitors of the Word; examining, evaluating, and testing ourselves to show the proper fruits of it. As we welcome and receive the Word we will minister in ways that are sincere and relatable, bringing truth to the people and stirring change. As we grow, our desire is to move outside the church walls and bring the Word through dramatic presentation to street corners, schools, parks, and any other places of opportunity.

"Examine and test and evaluate your own

selves to see whether you are holding to your faith and showing the proper fruits of it. Test and prove yourselves [not Christ]. Do you not yourselves realize and know [thoroughly by an ever-increasing experience] that Jesus Christ is in you—unless you are [counterfeits] disapproved on trial and rejected?"

The vision of Children Praise Dance is to release true worshipers that radiate the presence of God on the lives of other youth, first, in the church then in the world; blazing a beacon of trust & joy, through dance, because of the Grace they've found only in

Jesus Christ.

“Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) are the

people who know the joyful sound [who understand

and appreciate the spiritual blessings symbolized

by the feasts]; they walk, O Lord, in the light and

favor of Your countenance!”

Within Perfect Praise we aim to encourage children of God to engage in praise and worship as an expression of their personal relationship with Christ. Children’s Praise Team is a ministry that provides a platform for its members to experience and express the message of Christ as a rich treasure through

song and thanks while influencing and leading

others to do the same.

"And they said to Him, do you here what these are saying? And Jesus replied to them, yes; have you never read, Out of the mouths of babes and unweaned infants you have made (provided) perfect praise?"

Praise Dance aims to exhort and encourage the

Body of Christ and display the Gospel through various styles of dance periodically using flags, props, and

other devices to convey the message of truth presented. The team may dance in solos, duets,

trios or as the entire team. The team may

dance to live or taped singing, spoken word, or recorded sermons. Each selection is grounded

in a scripture and biblical concept.

"You have turned my mourning into dancing for me; You have put off my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,"

"Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord,

O my soul; and all that is [deepest] within me,

bless His holy name!"

The Praise Team, also known as Heavenly Host, engage the congregation through hymns and spiritual songs of praise and worship before God and lead the expression of praise.

"Rejoice in the Lord, O you [uncompromisingly]

righteous [you upright in right standing with God]; for praise is becoming and appropriate for those who are upright [in heart]. Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre;

sing praises to Him with the harp of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully [on the strings] with a loud and joyful sound. For the word of the Lord is right; and all His work is done in faithfulness."

The members of Selah use their personal praise from personal relationship to exhort and teach others about the walk of salvation with Jesus Christ through scripturally based rhythmic poetry, usually accompanied by an instrumental. The goal is that many would be empowered by wisdom and knowledge of the Word of God to step into salvation and navigate through the obstacles that come after the reception of salvation.

"Speak out to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, offering praise with voices

[[a]and instruments] and making melody

with all your heart to the Lord,"

"Herald and preach the Word! Keep your sense of

urgency [stand by, be at hand and ready], whether the opportunity seems to be favorable or unfavorable. [Whether it is convenient or inconvenient, whether it is welcome or unwelcome, you as preacher of the Word are to show people in what way their lives are wrong.]

And convince them, rebuking and correcting, warning

and urging and encouraging them, being unflagging

and inexhaustible in patience and teaching."

The mission of the Evangelism / Witnessing Team is to daily inspire, encourage, and be an example to the body of Christ and, most importantly, to snatch the lost from the fire (Jude 1:23a AMP). As we evangelize outside the church walls, it is more than speaking about the Gospel. We are held to a higher standard of living it out. Our ambition and goal is to have our hearts and minds set like Jesus Christ, as it is stated by Apostle Paul.

"I have become all things to all people so that by all possible means I might save some."

Just as GOD reaches out to us while we are yet still sinners, we too shall reach out to a dying world. Through Missions we are able to go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation! This open door has given many opportunities to bless less fortunate pastors and congregants as well as orphans in not only the USA but in India and Africa as well. We have come to see the love. of Christ manifest itself in many countries and recognize that JESUS is the same everywhere!

"Thus my ambition has been to preach the Gospel,

not where Christ’s name has already been known,

lest I build on another man’s foundation;

But [instead I would act on the principle] as it is written, They shall see who have never been told of Him, and they shall understand who have never heard [of Him]."

Intercessory Prayer is a strategic weapon of spiritual warfare using the specific gifts of each member to address spiritual needs. Through prayer, members allow God to use them as vessels to intercede for the Bishop, the leaders, the Body of Christ, and the matters of God's Heart.

"Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose andperseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God’s consecrated people)."

--Ephesians 6:18 AMPC

The Armor Bearer ministry assists Senior Pastor Bailey as he ministers to the body. They are charged to remain alert and protect and are ready to support Senior Pastor Bailey physically, mentally, and spiritually. God has given the Armor Bearers the high priority of protecting the church through constant prayer and watchfulness of surrounding environments through the power of Christ within.

"And Jonathan said to his young armor-bearer, Come, and let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the Lord will work for us. For there is nothing to prevent the Lord from saving by many or by few. And his armor-bearer said to him, Do all that is in your mind; I am with you in whatever you think [best]."

--1 Samuel 14:6-7

Unified in the Lord, Church Maintenance, will stir up the individuals to bring out sincerity and joy. Presenting the opportunity to display the love we have for the Lord. Reflecting our intimacy and spirit of excellence as we clean and maintain the house of the Lord.

“Whatever may be your task, work at it heartily (from the soul), as [something done] for the Lord and not for men, Knowing [with all certainty] that it is from the Lord [and not from men] that you will receive the inheritance which is your [real] reward. [The One Whom] you are actually serving [is] the Lord Christ (the Messiah).”

The Hospitality Ministry wholeheartedly strives to be the “agape” expression of Christ, serving with compassion and care for the spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of others as they break bread together.

The Pator's Aide Ministry provides support to Senior Pastor Darnell R. Bailey Sr. spiritually, personally, and professionally. The aim is to fulfill the Biblical responsibilities of providing for Sr. Pastor Bailey and to aid him so he may faithfully and effectively fulfill his pastoral responsibilities.

"Let the elders who perform the duties of their

office well be considered doubly worthy of honor

[and of adequate [a]financial support], especially

those who labor faithfully in preaching and teaching.

For the Scripture says, You shall not muzzle an ox

when it is treading out the grain, and again,

The laborer is worthy of his hire."

Royal Valet is here to efficiently offer parking services to both Prince of Peace Family Ministries members and visitors alike through the Valet attendants walking in their God-given expression in a joyous, welcoming manner, showing forth zeal for the Lord and reverence for the opportunity to give the first impression of the ministry to all. This will be done with a focus to recognize and remove any obstacles that may hinder any members or visitors from receiving what the Lord has for them that day in service.

"For a day in your courts is better than a thousand anywhere else; I would rather be a doorkeeper and stand at the threshold in the house of my God than to dwell at ease in the tents of wickedness."

Each of our volunteers have made up in their own minds and purposed in their own hearts to give to the ministry in a unique way. These individuals are an expression that giving is not limited to money but time, space, and giving at any opportunity made available to them.

"Let each one [give] as he has made up his

own mind and purposed in his heart, not reluctantly or sorrowfully or under compulsion,

for God loves (He takes pleasure in, prizes above other things, and is unwilling to abandon or to do without)

a cheerful (joyous, “prompt to do it”) giver

[whose heart is in his giving]."

Our vision for the photography ministry is to make the very most of the time buying up each opportunity as stated in Ephesians 5:16. Our goal is to capture the body of Christ experiencing and showing love and unity. Through our photos we will give the world a glimpse into our companionship with Jesus Christ in hopes to invoke a desire for personal relationship with Jesus Christ in them.

Our vision for Public Relations is to publish the good news of peace and imprint upon both members and non-members by utilizing Prince of Peace Family Ministries website and various types of media including but not limited to video, radio and any other opportunities afforded us.

"How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet

of him who brings good tidings, who publishes peace,

who brings good tidings of good, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, Your God reigns!"

Our vision for Soundroom is to present the unadulterated Word through crisp, clean audio that faith would come by hearing. We will integrate with other ministries to make the gospel available via CDs, digital files, and any other possible ways, including multi-lingual accessibility. In a Spirit of Excellence, we will maintain a thorough knowledge, as well as continue to investigate and utilize new resources to improve delivery of the Gospel anywhere and everywhere.

"But how are people to call upon Him Whom they have not believed [in Whom they have no faith, on Whom they have no reliance]? And how are they to believe in Him [adhere to, trust in, and rely upon Him] of Whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher?"

The POPFM Live TV Ministry is intended to assist in the "...goodnews of the kingdom (the Gospel) being preached throughout the whole world as a testimony to all the nations..: (Matt 24:14a AMPC). Because of Live TV, members and visitors alike are able to share in the message at each service. It has been Aposlte Bailey's desire to fullfill the Lord's intentions for the Live TV viewers to be active and involved by participating each service with questions, testimonies, giving and prayer.

No one is out of His reach.

"Go then and make disciples of all the nations,

baptizing them into the name of the Father and of

the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Teaching them

to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion) to the [very] close and consummation of the age. Amen (so let it be)."

Those within the Youth ministry utilize their giftings and talents given to them by God to mentor and guide the youth in the working and walking out of their Salvation. They work to buy up every opportunity in drawing youth to Jesus Christ through the expression of God's love for them.

"Tend (nurture, guard, guide, and fold) the flock of

God that is [your responsibility], not by coercion or constraint, but willingly; not dishonorably motivated

by the advantages and profits [belonging to the

office], but eagerly and cheerfully;"

Spanish Life Group is one way Prince of Peace Family Ministries reaches out culturally. Congregants and visitors alike are invited to attend this small-group setting where we discuss the teachings covered in our regular services as well as relatioship with Jesus Christ in our daily living, and we do it all in spanish!

"And I do this for the sake of the good news (the Gospel), in order that I may become a participator in it and share in its [blessings along with you]."

At Prince of Peace Family Ministries, the women gather monthly to unify, teach, and testify of the goodness of God. The goal of meeting is learning what God expects of us as disciples of Christ and how that can be expressed as women of God. We practice submitting ourselves to the teaching and ultimately to the Lord so that we may be a blessing to all especially the household of faith.

"Therefore encourage (admonish, exhort) one another and edify (strengthen and build up) one another, just as you are doing."

The men of Prince of Peace Family Ministries unify under and in application of biblical principals so that they may come to know how to take their role as Christ defines rather than as humanity or society defines. We gather to help teach and practice and learn what it means to be a man of GOD inside and outside the walls of the church. GOD is the Father, a son, a brother, a friend, a lover, and yet holds every office consistently. Being made in His image we are also given the opporutnity to learn what it means to be these expressions and all others assigned to us by the Father in Jesus Christ.

"I am writing to you, fathers, because you have come to know (recognize, be awawre of, and understand) Him Who [has exisited] from the beginning. I am writing to you, young men, because you have been victorious over the wicked [one]. I write to you, boys (lads), because you have come to know (recognize and be aware) of the Father"

The POPFM Art Minisry is an expression of personal relationship with Jesus through creative art that brings forth the fingerprint and essence of the Creator that is found everywhere and within everything, that all who see may be drawn back to His beauty and glory.

"For ever since the creation of the world His invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So [men] are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification],"
