Despite obstacles encountered in his upbringing, he has come to know

through experience what it means to live the statement,

"Don't let your position in life

change your position in Christ"

He has used obstacles of opportunity to lead him to a

greater expression in Jesus Christ. God has used difficult situations in

Senior Pastor Bailey's life to show how He (Jesus) is the ultimate

"Life-Changer, Life-Rearranger".

Much of Sr. Pastor Bailey's childhood experiences fueled an anger that he carried into his adulthood.  With anger at his side, as what he thought to be his protector, he sought violence as his main source of power and walked through life, as many do, thinking,"This is who I am." As a child he endured a debilitating speech impediment that left him feeling fearful and isolated. "It was like my speech was imprisoned within my mind. This is how I think people feel when they have destiny on the inside of them. They know there is something there they want to express but they can't get it out."

"BUT GOD"

One day as he sat at work in the hospital nursery in Suffolk, England, the Lord spoke to him saying it was time to come home. Sr. Pastor Bailey understood this meant it was time to surrender his life to the Lord and did so in that moment. Instantly, the Lord began to unlock mysteries of truth on the inside of him. It didn't take long for him to realize the high calling on his life. He has continued to unfold in the expression of these mysteries with a determined purpose and undeniable hunger for His truth. From his military experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, to his involvement in social work, Sr. Pastor Bailey has always been in a position to change lives. Inspired by his desire to see others overcome obstacles in order to maximize their potential, he sincerely and uncompromisingly delivers sound wisdom and direction through the Word of God. With over 20 years of counseling experience, a Bachelor's degree (BAS) in psychology from Abilene Christian University, a Master's degree (M.Ed.) in counseling and human development from Hardin-Simmons University, and continuing doctoral education, God uses Sr. Pastor Bailey to reach into the "inner being" (Lamentations 3:24-25 AMPC) of the individual to unlock the secret of their created purpose.

Answering the call to pastor in 2009, Sr. Pastor Bailey founded Prince of Peace Family Ministries in Abilene, TX. The ministry relocated  to Southern California in July 2015 where he makes his home with his wife of 26 years and their family.
