The God of all creation was born of a virgin, Mary. He paid the ultimate price as He suffered and died on a cross for all of mankind's sin and three days later rose with all power in His hand as He conquered death itself. This was done to save you!

Upon Salvation a person can often fall into the trap of trying to keep or maintain their salvation through good deeds and works. Salvation is a free gift of God that comes through faith in Jesus Christ. We do not work for the kingdom of God to obtain more Christ but motivated by our love for Christ we work in the kingdom of God. (Eph 2:8-9 AMPC; 1 John 2:6 AMPC; Rom 3:24 AMPC)

The wages of sin is death. Jesus took our place as our substitute and the wages were paid when Christ was crucified. Through faith, when we recieve the free gift of God's grace, we are then identified as in HIM and covered by His sacrifice. (Rom 6:23 AMPC; Eph 2:8 AMPC )   

Water baptism is an outward sign of an inward change. Representing the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, water baptism is an outward declaration of your belief in Christ and the power which outflows from HIS resurrection. (1 Peter 3:21 AMPC; Mark 1:4 AMPC)

  Come to know what God's will is for your life by not relying on your own insight or understanding, but rather, leaning on, trusting in, and being confident in His commands. (Prov 3:5 AMPC; Col 2:6 AMPC)

Undoubtedly it is through the redemptive work of Jesus on the cross that we have obtained the victory. We came into salvation by placing faith in the cross of Christ so we must remain in faith in the cross of Christ as we walk out salvation. The Bible says whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:15 AMPC; Gal 3:2 AMPC)
